Rotors made up of alloy steel casting, Hard faced welded of rotor blade and hard chrome plating for shear, knead and mixing of compound.

The rotor design (e.g., spiral, sigma, or intermessing) influences the kneading efficiency and mixing quality, with different designs suited to various rubber formulations.

Mixing Chamber

Made from high-quality, wear-resistant steel or alloy, often lined with a hard material to withstand high temperatures and mechanical stress.

Discharge System

• Hydraulic - With the help of hydraulic cylinder.
• Gear mechanism - Worm gear and shaft to tilt chamber upto 120 degree.

Control Panel

PLC panel or Electric Panel available as per requirement.

Frame and Base

Heavy mild steel frame to avoid vibration during operations.
