The intermeshing rotor design creates high shear forces between the rotors and the mixing chamber wall, ensuring superior dispersion of fillers and additives.
Our rotors are manufactured from high-grade chrome steel or alloy steel with surface hardening up to HRC 65 for exceptional wear resistance. The helical or spiral profiles optimize material flow, while internal cooling channels maintain precise temperature control between 40°C to 100°C to prevent compound degradation.
